On Sunday, March 22, 2026, the commencement ceremony was held at Makuhari Messe. From the Tago Laboratory, 12 undergraduate students and 1 master’s student graduated. Among them, one student was honored with the President’s Award.

Starting in April, all graduates will begin their respective careers beyond the university. We look forward to seeing the Tago Lab alumni thrive and make great contributions to society.

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the Nakagawa Laboratory held its alumni reunion. As our lab had previously collaborated through joint seminars and shared laboratory use, alumni from the Tago Laboratory with connections to Nakagawa Lab, as well as myself, were kindly invited to attend.

Since this was the first alumni reunion for the Nakagawa Laboratory, many graduates were seeing each other for the first time in quite a while, and the venue was filled with lively and cheerful conversations. It was especially heartwarming that they still remembered their connection with the Tago Laboratory, and their enthusiasm and energy left us feeling truly encouraged.
