The Tago Laboratory, Department of Cognitive and Information Sciences, Faculty of Innovative Information Science at Chiba Institute of Technology conducts research from the perspective of how people can be supported in leading healthy lives. Our research is interdisciplinary in nature, covering areas such as machine learning, system development, application development, and the effective use of IoT devices. In addition, depending on students’ interests, we also work on topics such as natural language processing and blockchain technologies. Our laboratory values a wide range of intellectual curiosity, welcoming students who wish to contribute to society and healthcare through personal data analysis, explore the latest artificial intelligence technologies, or challenge themselves in analyzing big data.
